Beautiful location it was relaxing and invigorating. I did the Cryo for the first time and I was a little nervous, but it turned out amazing. How long is a session?
Just a few minutes in the chamber. Our team sets your time and intensity level with you.
Is it like an ice bath?
It is cold, but dry. There is no water and no ice, so there is nothing to dry off afterwards.
Can I do cryo and red light on the same day?
Yes. It is our most popular pairing. Add both services to one booking, or choose the Glow Up bundle with a Gold IV for $199.
Is cryotherapy right for everyone?
No. If you are pregnant, or have a heart, circulation or blood pressure condition, or a sensitivity to cold, check with your doctor first. We ask about your health before your session.
